Application Process
1. Check the Requirements
Make sure that you have all the requirements before applying.
2. Submit the Application Form
Fill out the application form with the complete details.
3. Essay
Click “Assessment” and choose a question you would like to answer. Organize your thoughts into clear sentences. Please double-check your essay for possible grammatical and spelling mistakes before submitting it. You will be notified whether you passed the assessment or not.
4. Pass the Interview
Once your application is accepted, our recruitment staff will call you for an initial interview.
5. Get Scheduled
After passing the initial interview, you will be scheduled for a training and demo lesson. We will provide you with all the necessary materials for the training preparation. Make sure that you review all the materials.
6. Conduct A Demo Lesson
You need to pass the demo lesson in order to get hired as an online English teacher.
7. System Check
Once you pass the demo lesson, our trainer will conduct a system check. This will be the final process.
8. Start Teaching
Congratulations! You can now start opening slots and get booked for classes. Happy teaching!
